Saving a draft does not reserve stock. Use a warehouse stock check to place an explicit hold for review. Draft subtotals exclude tax and delivery charges. After the stock hold and quality review, save a quote using approved SKU tax terms. Cash sale completion requires an explicit manager confirmation below. Gateway payments and fiscal invoices remain unavailable.
